Sopita

Sopita at home

Servings 4 cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Pasta of Your Choice
  • 2 tbsp Chicken or Vegetable bullion
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 gallon Hot Water
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Bring pot to medium heat and add olive and pasta (no water yet).
  • Coat pasta in oil by mixing and cook until pasta is light brown frequently stirring to not burn.
  • Add water and tomato sauce.
  • Once water starts to warm up, add chicken or vegetable bullion. Start with 2 tbsp, mix until melted and add more to taste if needed.
  • Once water is boiling cook pasta to al dente time of package instructions.
  • Once timer is done, take pot off of burner and let it it for 2 min.
  • Serve and Enjoy! Top with shredded Mexican cheese if desired (highly recommend).
